Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, namely their copy/modify/no transfer permissions, our refund policy is rather restricted.

Please note that all points listed here are subject to the discretion of PsiCorp staff.


Refunds are possible only under the following circumstances:

  • A purchase has failed due to vendor system issues, and can't be resolved other than a repurchase.
  • A duplicate purchase has been made to a customer account, i.e. the customer now owns two copies of the exact same product.


This means in turn that the following reasons are not eligible for refunds:

  • Purchasing the wrong product - All vendors and marketplace listings very clearly state what you receive, please ensure you buy the product you want.
  • Purchasing for the wrong person - Please verify using the user name rather than display name when gift purchasing.
  • Product not as desired - All products are described with both screenshots and feature texts, please ensure they are what you want.
  • Product bugs - We will always work with you to resolve issues. Many things can be fixed directly, and actual bugs can be reported via our support ticket system. If you encounter any bugs, please report them there.
  • Marketplace payment issues - If you purchase via the marketplace and didn't receive your product, with PsiCorp not receiving payment, please contact SL support, since we can not resolve a problem with LL's systems.


Additionally, the following terms apply:

  • Items purchased on alternate accounts are not eligible for redelivery/updating to other accounts. Separate accounts are always treated as separate customers.
